Everything arrived safely thank you ! i have tried charging the batteries and put them into the torch although i get a red light on the end there is no blue IR light ! i need a bit of guidance as obviously i am doing something wrong ? Graham.

Delivered product ok but took a few days longer than anticipated.

Shipping timeliness excellent.
Only delay was due to IR pill manufacture which I was warned about when ordering. Product is well built and looks very robust despite is light weight.

A little slow to react, but overall great product and I'm happy.

Thanks for my dark engine IR torch very well made and also light in weight
I took it out last night no problem seeing 400 yards even in the light rain 👍👍👍

The support from Clive was incredible. Provided him with information on our scopes and what sort of shooting we were doing and he explained the pros and cons of the different options, which meant I avoided buying a scope that wouldn’t have met my needs.

Had to wait a while but as said the best things are worth waiting for.

Excellent IR, very happy, using with the hikmicro cheetah. You can rotate the on off button to increase or decrease the brightness for me this is much better than the 3 step button.
