Great service & help from Draweroxes.co.uk I was kept up to date on the status of my order and I found the video tutorials & written instructions concerning assembly & fitting of the drawers and runners were easy to follow and very helpful. I did have one minor glitch following delivery, but the company resolved the issue very swiftly & courteously with absoluely no fuss whatsoever. I would most certainly buy from them again. Hghly recommended.

My original order had a couple of items missing, and even though it was the weekend and outside business hours, they responded to my email, and had the items shipped the very next day. I found it easy to navigate the website and place my order. I needed a custom sized drawer box for a non standard space. Customer Services were quick to spot this and emailed me to clarify the size. I found this reassuring that they were taking care to check the order. Delivery was quick and accompanied by an email that provided build and installation instructions. Also provided was a link to a video that showed how to do this which I found helpful. The drawer box fitted perfectly. Very happy.

Did have a massive issue regarding delivery but the fault lay with DPD and not the provider. Customer services were great and helped resolved this issue with just enough time to complete my job ahead of going away.
Will 100% be using these guys again for this reason!

This is the second drawer I've purchased, and both are superb quality, perfect fit easy ish to install, very happy and impressed.

I have bought from drawerboxes several times now and my experience has always been the same, very positive. When submitting my last order I provided an internal width measurement that fell between 2 standard sizes, rather than just assuming the size, the team at drawerboxes contacted me to clarify before processing my order, they were very helpful, I then received my order quickly, it was very securely packaged to avoid any damage, just adds to the overall quality of the service and product.

We've ordered this plinth drawer for a 1000 cm cupboard
It isn't cheap, but it's made to measure and very easy to install
It arrived in two weeks. It is soft-closed, well-made, and does the job very well. Recommend.
