Excellent service. Immediately arranged a second delivery upon failure of first, and always patient and helpful when I rang to check tracking of order. Would be happy to use again and more than happy to recommend!

Really helpful and responsive. I even ordered the wrong part which turned out to be the right part and they still refunded it while I ordered it again! All OEM parts so good quality. I will definitely use them again and will make sure I am clear what I am ordering next time!

I paid for a Saturday delivery and the item did not arrive until the Tuesday I was not offered a refund on the shipping.

Excellent service and very quick delivery. Website was easy to use. Shower is not fully connected yet due to other works taking place in the shower room, but all seems good as taken out of the box. I've had 2 of these Aqualisa showers in the past so I know that they're good.

Only complaint, set screws fixing unit to base are in most inaccessible place.

In fact have not evaluated the merchandise yet but it is a OEM part so I have no concerns.

You only find out how good the company is when things go wrong. The part was not delivered but after I contacted customer services another part was sent out without delay. Thanks.

I paid for 24 hour delivery which should have been delivered on Friday but the items didn't get delivered until Monday and to the wrong address. Whilst chasing up the items I was promised a call back that never arrived. As the delivery was late I was promised a refund of the delivery charge which has never been received.
