Bought this for an original cast metal soil pipe as the modern plastic ones are too small. Very easy to fit and will last a lifetime I imagine. Enquiry to customer services about suitability was clearly and promptly answered.

Goods arrived next day and were well packaged. The copper strip was just as described on the web page. The web site was easy to use and follow up emails - confirmation and tracking - were great. The only criticism I can level is the reference to 'delivery to Scottish Highlands'! I live 20 miles from Aberdeen, hardly in the hills.

I really like the stubai combi snips but they used to have rubber handles and these ones seem to chip on the cutting blades very easily.

I'm very unhappy! I never received my package. I needed this for a job. I had to go out and buy another one! Thanks for wasting my time and money.. DHL opened an investigation but they don't have a clue I'm so pissed.
