Instruction photos a little dull. One photo not exactly as my side opening, but adjustments work well. Very good step by step guide. Last section confusing in marking out for the drawer front. Done it by hit & miss in the end.

I very much appreciated the check that I had sent the correct cupboard dimensions, which were different to the norm, before the drawers were produced.

Drawerboxes is an excellent seller that does exactly what they say with very good customer service. This the the forth item I bought drawers from them, all were made to measure and fitted exactly as intended. I received emails to say when the drawers would be ready to ship and they were shipped as indicated. Fitting instructions are easy to follow and the drawers are high quality. Highly recommended seller!

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I was kept up to date with the order progress, they arrived well packaged (in recyclable packaging!), the assembly instructions were clear.
I had a question so phoned the help line, and the guy was friendly and very helpful, really knew the product.
The drawers themselves are very well made, clearly designed to last. They were pretty easy to fit, open and close smoothly, look smart, are very sturdy, and make much easier access to the items in the cupboard.

I have rarely been so impressed with a company's customer service. DrawerBoxes were fantastic from start to finish - promptly answering my questions before the order to ensure I got the measurements right, as well as brilliant aftercare. The text message service in which you can send photos and get immediate support is just great. Building the drawers is a bit time consuming and you need to follow the instructions carefully, but the build quality is excellent and the videos very useful.

Efficient service and fast delivery with plenty info on progress. Drawers look good and fit well. Only issues was the instructions provided were for Tandembox model not Metalbox as ordered. That caused a bit of head scratching until I realised.. then it was back to the videos online, but would have been easier with the correct paper copy.
