The wool arrived after just 2 days from the time of ordering which was a lovely surprise as it had to come from Shetland weather permitting. The wool is absolutely beautiful , colours are perfect and to be honest it is the only wool with which I'll knit from now on.

My reply was acknowledged promptly and the order shipped. It was delivered two days later by Royal Mail which was incredible service considering it had to come to Birmingham from Shetland. Letters sent to other addresses in the city often take longer to arrive. Excellent service.
