Telephone service was great.Delivery was a problem £14 paid for Saturday delivery but didn't arrive until Monday. I think I'm due a refund.

Out of box failure, not happy, Aqualisa repaired under warranty so all is now good.

Still not received item after 2 weeks. Can't comment on item as I don't have it. As for the customer service|| The first phone call achieved nothing. Second phone call next day. got me through to a different dept who where actually very helpful and sort the issue out. Turns out they FORGOT TO SEND MY ORDER. If you get through to the right person the customer service was good but it seems to be a lucky dip. The five stars are for the person who finally sorted the problem out.
