Ordered a macerator for my utility room. It was £100 cheaper than anywhere else.

It arrived the next day even though I hadn't paid for express delivery.

We now have it installed and working .

Great value product, easy to order and swift delivery too.

Would’ve given more for shipping except Royal Mail let the side down, customer service and communication excellent and exceeded anything I was expecting. I would recommend this company to anyone. Bought as a gift for someone so can’t review the product.

Goods were eventually received on 09.12.20 after 3 amended deliveries so I can only rate the haulage company 2 stars.

Regarding the merchandise the product box was not sealed. The original sellotape seal had been cut, I assume for checking purposes, but had not been replaced. Fortunately the product inside was well packaged and no damage apparent.

With regards to your Customer service I did not contact them but as I have to give a rating irrespective of this, I have given an average.

The shower was not as expected. It was different to what was seen on the online video, however it is good quality. Just started to use it and still getting used to it.

I would love to give a review but I am still waiting for the goods to arrive . When I rang to get up date I was told they have been sent . I have been offered a refund if they don’t turn up .

Item was delivered without the air switch , Rang Plumb2u and they said that InSinkErator was the fault as had left them out of the box.. !0 days later and still waiting for the parts so that I can get on and install the machine. NOT A HAPPY BUNNY WHEN IF i HAD WAITED TILL NOW i COULD HAVE BOUGHT IT FOR NEARLY £20 LESS.

We had an order done within the timeframes that wasn't sent the next day. Refunded the next day deliv then by mistake refunded all of the order. Customer service said would still send and pay later. They didnt send it , and when they did send it DPD delivered it to a completely different address. Redelivery didn't happen,then told I would have to start the whole process again- I chose not to. I did complain and had an email back.No gesture of good will, could have used then again in the future.
