As far as I know, the item ordered has still not reached destination in Abingdon. The recipients apparently gave an alternative drop-off but the courier did not follow the instructions. I have previously ordered articles from you (for the same recipient) and was satisfied with the delivery service, but not this time. I would be grateful if you could follow up and provide feedback, or refund my purchase. Many thanks.

I am sorry that things seem to have gone wrong with this delivery. I have asked the warehouse to check with EVRI, to see if they have any more information as to what happened. It may be that changing the drop off location may have caused a problem. It seems that the package is now on its way back to us. I am happy to send out a replacement package, but I need to check with you regarding the delivery address. It might be best if there is no need to change the delivery/drop off address after the order has been placed.

I am getting a different story from the warehouse. The message from EVRI says ' Returned to sender. Delivery refused. Scans show this was RTS due to damage.'.

Came with one of the mirrors broken. I was able to assemble it anyway and was still able to see clearly even with the broken mirror, but the illusion doesn't work. Tried to look at the toy and various other objects and they looked no different than if I was using my normal eyes no matter what distance I looked at. To top it off, even the toy came broken.

As our web site says, the pseudoscopic image can be hard to see initially, and some people never see it. Maybe try the device on a few friends and see if they can see it?

The reversing goggles are great fun! However they require a *lot*of assembly: they are really more of a diy goggles kit so people should be prepared to have to spend a bit of time preparing them. It would be good if they were supplied with the epoxy needed to hold the prisms in place, and the enamel paint to cover the open faces. But once they are together they are fun to play with - we will be using tem with psychology and architecture students to teach them first-hand about vision and space.

They do require some assembly. I will have another look at the description to see if we need to make that clearer.
There are issues around selling glue, which I suspect is why the kits do not come with glue already supplied.

Sorry about that. The warehouse no longer use Royal Mail, as I think they had too many problems. So now the main option is DHL Parcel. This is a courier service, so far more packages will arrive the next day. And it is the same price up to 10kg. However I appreciate it is not so economic for small orders. We are looking to see if there are alternatives we could offer.
UPDATE - 11th July 2022
We now have EVRI (formerly HERMES) as a shipping option, which is quite a bit cheaper.

I am very sorry about this. The warehouse have upgraded to a completely new back office system. I am sure it will be great once it has bedded in, but things are a bit frantic at the moment. They have been holding back on sending your order because they think that one item (the Hang Glider) is out of stock. It is not. Somehow it has got misplaced. I have spoken to my account manager this morning, and she is getting the team to locate the missing item.

I cant stop playing with this.. all my family and friends laugh when i tell them how much i bought it. And then they cant stop play with it.. the only problem is shipping. I leave in Greece and i had to pay 70€ taxes. Maybe u can add another shippment method (slower).
