Shipping ws really fast and I was pleased to see that it came by Royal Mail, which is always reliable and hassle free.
When i wanted to order the cardigan, I was a bit concerned when the picture of a different colour and different yoke version appeared in my basket so I contacted the sales email and was reassured, very promptly. although I still don't think it's really clear to a customer. I would have liked the name of the colour and yoke number to have been clearly stated somewhere.

The book and separate cowl pattern arrived in pristine condition due to being considerately packaged. Delivery was quicker than expected given the order was placed during the festive season closure arriving only a few days after the shop reopened. Excellent service.
