Superb service from a great outfit. Sadly, their Courier was the most inefficient and utter waste of space who couldn't perform a simple task if their business life depended on it!! However, Plumb2U got on the phone to the Courier and made some waves sufficient for the Courier to send out another driver who a) had more common sense and b) a sufficient grasp of english who sorted the situation. Awesome customer service!

Toilet seat not in stock when ordered, yet money was taken.
Arrived later but plastic fittings were far too big for holes in toilet,plumber had to use his own.

We dispatched the unit as soon as we received them in from the supplier. The item comes with the fittings supplied by the manufacturer so we are sorry to hear that these did not fit.

Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Friday, fitted on Saturday, exactly what was needed. The only annoyance was with the design of the shower itself, the existing connectors have to be cut off, you get a replacement with the pump but it means you only have one shot to get it right, you have been warned!

Great service, rapid delivery and faultless customer care. Unfortunately product picture on the web site wasn’t what arrived in the box, we didn’t want to re drill screw holes so was looking for a like for like replacement which is why I have given 3 stars for merchandise.
I contacted the customer care team, had a reply the same day two days later was offered a full refund and a free returns label. Would recommend to friends/family products competitively priced and excellent customer care.
