Package took awhile to arrive but I blame that on the current state of postal services, customer service were quick to get back when I enquiried and emailed to confirm when it arrived. Nice guys.

You guys were great! I had to return 2 items to exchange for a different size (one of them was because I made a mistake in the original order) and you shipped out replacements really quickly with no questions asked. Brilliant service in these difficult times.

I have used Tamarack for best part of ten - fifteen years and always had good service from them. this was possibly the worst I've had and it was not bad, just not brilliant.

So far I have been really pleased with this neat small alcohol stove. It is very easy to use and heats my titanium mug well. You do need to use a windsheild with it. Its easy to blow out but once cooled pouring the excess spirit down one leg into a bottle is a little tricky.

Took a few days longer for the parcel to arrive, not sure if it was a late despatch or a Royal Mail problem but other items ordered from woodlore arrived next day on standard shipping where as my parcel on standard shipping took just over a week... ordering was easy, packaging was good, communication was good etc would definitely use tamarack outdoors again.

Amazing service, easy to order and delivered in less than 24 hours. The non-smoking fire pit is fab and will be brilliant when we holiday in our motor home, no upsetting the neighbours!
