Communication is a real issue, i ordered these benders expecting them with in 4 days. 7 days later i haven't heard anything.
Tried to contact yourself a few times finally some one got back to me and informed me that you didn't have any in stock.
I asked for a refund. Which i was told was done. To this day i haven't got my money back and after asking when will i be getting was ignored. Really poor customer service and im really disappointed as id of bought alot from you.

Fantastic customer service and great shopping experience. Unfortunately the seat was ordered in the incorrect style for my toilet and the returns process was easy and hassle free. If only all online retailers could be like Plumb2u, they set the bar high.
