I needed a specific make and model shower to replace a broken one. Plumb2u were the cheapest and ordering was very easy using my Amazon payment details. The unit arrived promptly. Difficult to give anything but 5 stars when the entire process was so simple!

Price £50 more competitive than nearest online supplier.

Excellent value and excellent customer service. I received the Bristan Basin taps on free delivery and received them a few days later. I haven’t fitted the taps yet I aim to do so in the near future before Xmas time.. I would recommend the company to all.

A first class company. I ordered a shower mixer. It was very competitively priced and the parcel was delivered next day.

Unfortunately, on opening a gold version had been sent instead of the chrome ordered.

Once notified, the Plumb 2 U customer service immediately arranged for the correct one to be delivered next day along with a return label for the gold one.

With competitive prices, a good range and first class customer service, this company is highly recommended.
