I ordered yarn, shade card and a book from J&S and within an hour, a different type of yarn from a retailer in the US. For only a couple dollars difference in shipping, I received both packages same day! I know there must be times that weather gets in the way, but I also feel that J&S are fast and very reasonable.

The wool is exceptional quality and the service is wonderful. I live the other side of the world but still got prompt replies within 24 hours and help choosing the best wool for my needs. Delivery was really fast. My sister was on holiday in the UK so she brought it home to me. It arrived at the address given really quickly.

I've been using the Jamieson and Smith jumper weight yarn for years and love it. I live in the US, but like ordering from the UK store. The shipping is pricey to the US, but I get a choice of all the colors in one location and the shipping is as fast as when I order anything from the US. It's win-win.
