Superb! The drawers are excellent. I’ve ordered a Space Tower set for another cupboard as I was surprised how good they are. I was impressed that someone has contacted me on both orders to check my measurements as they are not standard cupboard sizes. The drawers arrived with a list of items packed and the name of the packer. Happy days!

Being able to order the size of my internal cabinet width & have the bottom & back cut to size made the job easy & straight forward.

Not the first box I’ve ordered, and arguably not the last.
The outer packaging however was damaged and some small items had been lost through the cracks.
If they’d been sellotaped to the copious amounts of corrugated cardboard, I’m sure they’d have survived.
although nobody answered the customer service telephone line, my email procured a response and the missing/lost items were sent the following day.

I have assembled and installed the smaller of the five drawers purchased. The assembly and installation was straightforward and everything worked very well.
The quality of the product is first class.
I have no reason to believe the remaining four drawers, which are intended for a completely different cabinet, will not be as straightforward as the first.
Overall, I am very impressed with the product, ease of measuring, assembly and installation.

Good quality. Having bought and fitted the internal drawers before this order was a breeze. Clear instructions. Perfect fit. Works like a dream. My only (slight) complaint is the time it too from order to delivery. The company must be busy, which is good for it, but a small pain for the customer.

I ordered a shallow Blum drawer very good quality and assembly instructions were good, fitted liked a dream would definitely recommend, and delivery was good too as wasn’t a standard fit drawer so had to be customised by the company, so I am very pleased.

This was my recent second order. The delivery was poor. We were given a date and time slot so stayed at home to receive it. We then got notification of a much later slot. We stayed in and missed the fireworks display but the delivery did not arrive that day. We had notification for delivery the next day which was fulfilled. The driver rang the bel, but did not even wait for a reply, put the parcel against the door so that when I opened it the parcel fell in and onto my feet. It was heavy.

Thanks for your recent order, and also this second order, we appreciate your business. We are so disappointed to hear that you were let down by our courier. We currently use DPD for most deliveries, as we have found them to be the best overall performer all round. In a small minority of cases, they don't manage the level of service we all expect.

We retrofitted the internal drawers into our kitchen and they are just what we were looking for. Cupboards are now much easier to use.
The ordering process was very straightforward, shipping was reasonably quick and fitting was relatively simple. The web videos were very helpful.
We liked them so much we ordered some more…..
