Really excellent, easy to put together following the clear instructions, and good solid construction. A massive improvement on the worn out drawer I was keeping alive before!

Excellent, though I measured correctly, thought they supplied incorrect size, however customer service was excellent and sorted me out, fitted correctly first time.

Very satisfactory product and transaction. As drawer base is not square, suggest instructions (and perhaps base itself) clarify the sides and front/back.

Delivery was in 2 packs each coming by courier one in the morning and the other much later in the day - confused!

Thank you for the feedback and comments. We have asked DPD about this on several occasions. They cannot guarantee that consignments with two or more packages stay together through every stage. Apparently when a cage in the trunking area is full, the boxes go into the next cage. We apologise for any inconvenience on this occasion. We do find that on the whole. DPD provide a service that is above average. Thank you for buying from Drawerboxes.co.uk.

Let down by the courier service, the order was in 3 boxes all delivered on separate days and damaged.
Drawerboxes have said they will replace immediately unfortunately probably with the same delivery company!

We wish to apologise for this unacceptable service from our courier. It is unusual to have 3 damaged boxes on one order. We have contacted them today to find out what went wrong.
In their defence, we have found that DPD provide the highest standard of service (compared to their competition) consistently measured over a 6 month period.
We are surprised at the merchandise rating of 3. Our products are of the highest standard, and over 95% of users give the merchandise 5 stars. Please let us know where we can improve in this case.

We were extremely pleased with the way this order was handled.
The packaging was very good, with not even a mark on the boxes, with the contents well arranged so there was nothing loose.
The delivery was well signalled ahead on the day and arrived at the appointed time.
We would certainly recommend Blum products and customer care.

P&P a tad expensive and not dispatched immediately but well packed and DPD delivered within their stated 1 hour window. The item is very high quality, much better than the original. Prior to purchase I made a couple of telephone enquiries and the lady I spoke to was most helpful. The instructions, in particular the videos, are absolutely brilliant! I would definitely recommend this company.

High quality product which is simple to fit. I left it a little last minute to order mine but customer services were really helpful and prioritised the order so it arrived in good time. Unfortunately, a couple of components were missing from the order so I've had to give a 3 for shipping but again, the customer services team were really helpful and got the missing parts out without delay. I would definitely buy this product and use this company again..

Although there was a small problem with my initial order drawerboxes.co.uk sorted it efficiently and effectively. I couldn't fault the after-sales service.The Drawers themselves are the easiest thing to fit following the printed instructions and the easy to follow videos make installing even easier.

From placing my order, the delivery was arranged quickly afterwards. Initially I did not receive an estimated date, then received the wrong customer’s order, but followed by a polite and helpful phone call from their customer team. When the order arrived, two items were damaged, but replacements were sent in less than 36 hours of requesting, which was fantastic. Finally the quality of the goods is fantastic, very easy to fit. Would order again.
