I like the mug very much and the only small issue is that the plastic lids are slightly larger than the mug and when you drink from it the contents are inclined to run down the side of the mug. It’s a small issue but otherwise I would give it five stars.

Arrived on time for our Halloween evening in the garden with the kids. It fitted perfectly in the fire pit and successfully cooked a pan of “ spooky soup”.

Excellent customer service as usual. One item I had ordered and paid for was subsequently discounted the following day but Tamarack phoned me to say they would bill me for the discounted price and refund the difference.

Great lightweight cotton bag with burly nylon fabric sole. If you are on the split between sizes, go bigger! I am 47 and ordered XL (47-52) and I'm very glad I did.

Shipping took a little longer than anticipated (after the order he been dispatched so not anything Tamarack had control of, and I only paid for snail mail), sent them a message just in case it had been lost and they were quick to reply and really helpful so couldn’t ask for any more.

Shipped std instead of large pack - first ever issue with Tamarack delivery, but they addressed brilliantly by shipping correct pack out before they even received std one back and covering my return costs.

Please see below. Of the seven plates we ordered, the three black ones were perfect. The other four weren't properly flat at the bottom and so wobbled. I know they are designed for outside use but tables are used outside also and all of these wobbled on the table. I was able to fix them by filing and sanding so they are all fine now. I wondered why you could get one colour perfect and the others not. Other than the issue above I love the plates and they will get a lot of use.

Excellent super quick service, ordered Friday afternoon arrived on the Monday. The price was excellent.
