I did receive a item that did the same job but not the like for like replacement that I ordered,

The item that I was sent was £30 cheaper on there own website but as it was already several days late I was desperate to fit it as we had no heating, called multiple times to ask for updates and was fobbed off with excuses and promised tracking updates and never received any

2 stars is because the item when it finally arrived it did do the job.

Exactly what I had ordered and arrived quickly. It's a pity I couldn't get another one!

Unfortunately I had to return the order on the 09/05/2019. This was because the items received did not contain everything as shown in the illustration - that is:

1 There was no diverter valve lever
2 There was no nozzle fitting for the bidet

I telephoned the distributor who were very helpful and got Tre Mercati to phone me. This they did promptly and told me that these items were no longer made. Thus the only course of action was to return the items for a full refund which I will ch.
