My package arrived minus two separate parts, and I couldn’t see how they could have come out of the package, even though it wasn’t that well wrapped.
I contacted PB and they sent replacements immediately.
All components bought seem very well made.

I couldn't possibly comment as I haven't yet received this BBQ?? I was told 5-7 days, tomorrow will be 7 days since I ordered it??
not sure how I can be sent an email to review a product that I haven't got???

Good service, items arrived sooner than they were expected. Although received one item less than ordered which wasn't notified by the company before arrival of goods. Well packaged.

Delivery wasn't great. An apparent incident to the delivery driver cause my delivery to be delayed but wasn't told of this till 6pm. I then had to rearrange a Saturday morning. But otherwise 5*.
