I was a little disappointed with the courier not delivering to the address specified, instead I had to go and collect. we have never had a problem with deliveries so don't understand why I had to collect from a central depot.

This company is superb. My drawer fits perfectly,which is thanks to the team getting in touch with me to make sure I`d measured correctly, which I hadn`t. The video on how to put i together is superb too,so easy to follow. I`d recommend Drawerboxes to anyone wanting a drawer.I`d defo use again and again.

Well made drawer system that allowed me to simply replace a pull out Drawer that was trapped behind the hinges when I had to replace a pull out shelf with double doors . Video and written instructions very good.

I like the idea of not sending through instructions to keep printing and paper down but the only critisism i have is that the videos could be a little clearer and be easier to understand - more close up shots of what is being done and which pieces are being used would help. I am an experienced DIYer so this was relatively easy for me to assemble but it did take a little time to get my head around the videos before I figured it all out.

Excellent quality, we found the online instructions and video helpful and clear and had our 7 drawers assembled and installed easily in a day.
One cupboard was slightly deformed at the bottom so we put a washer behind one runner at the front and now all is good
Using these drawers is such a pleasure and they hold a lot more than the baskets I had on the narrow shelves before.

I’m not sure how i came across Drawerboxes as I was looking for sliding baskets for my kitchen cupboards but I will certainly be using them in future. Ordering was really straightforward via the website. I was a bit surprised when they arrived as a flat pack 😮 but they were really easy to put together and fit with excellent instructions and I’m delighted with the results. Highly recommended.
