10 days ago I placed my order up to now I still have no idea of delivery date no communicationapart from confirmation of order being placed. Tried tracking my order on website order being processed as is three other orders placed and delivered in 2017.

Requested the product be put to the side of the house, When it arrived my wife came out to move her car and the driver told her not to bother. She told the driver that it needed to be up the side of the house but he told her he was unable to put it there. If she would like he could take it back and have it delivered the next day. I'm unable to understand why he was unable to back up along the house and drop the basalt but it was easy enough to drop it over our fence into the front yard.

E mailed and text me a time but didn't turn up at all, rang late in day to see where delivery was said not coming as it was a mistake, waited in all day poor effort a call would have been helpful.

This was human error, the item ordered was a non stock product and you should have been given a delivery date outside our normal day to day procedure, we hope you will be satisfied with the goods and thank you for your custom.

You pay a little more than some other local suppliers but it is worth it for the quality of the service and range of items available on line. All items arrived in good condition. Delivery was at the time I requested. The delivery driver helped me take the panels around the side of the house which was very much appreciated. I have used Parr's many times before and will do so in the future.

Ordering via website could be a little better, put details in pressed continue and was sent back to the start again, but ordered around 3pm and bulk bag delivered next morning. Driver very helpful placing bag exactly where I asked. Very happy with service.
