Delighted to have efficient, smooth running drawers in kitchen cabinet now. No more excuses for finding forgotten items hiding at the back of a shelf! Took some time to complete task, at 73 I'm not as limber as before and squeezing into the cupboard was interesting to say the least!
Instructions could be clearer and more detailed; photos larger and less fuzzy - even if one has a self awarded degree in self-assembly!
Great product and will be ordering more to finish the remaining cupboards.

This is absolutely the best flat pack item I have ever purchased. Far better than the old MFI and the newer Ikea! Everything from ordering, packaging, delivery, all components and instructions were of high quality and spot-on acurate. This replacement drawer was easy to put together and fitted a dream.
I've just ordered another.

Website excellent. Easy to order on-line. Price was reasonable. Goods received promptly in good time. Easy to assemble and install in base cabinet using the video instruction provided on the website. Amazing service. DPS for delivered to a neighbour even though i was in so had to carry them back to house. A brilliant caring company. Would definitely recommend them. Drawers haven’t been fitted yet due to lock down.

10 days between order & delivery (drawboxes aim to dispatch in 7 days), so pretty good. I have now bought and fitted a dozen of these draws and I can they are easy to construct and install. Some have been fitted for over 12 months and still work perfectly. They are particularly useful to my wife and I who were beginning to find it difficult kneeling on the floor to get thing out the back of a cupboard. So much easier now to pull out a draw. I would recomend these and there 3 draw combo.

The seller double checked that my sizing was correct before dispatch. Took his advice and changed sizing, he was correct, fitted them yesterday and they fitted perfectly . The courier (DPD) were a little delayed but given the current pandemic circumstances, that wasn't a surprise and no problem.

We were really pleased with the draws that we ordered. The ordering process is very easy to follow. The draws were delivered within an acceptable time period.
The draws were a very good standard. The instructions are easy to follow. We are very happy with the finished irem and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

The site had good and complete intstructions for measuring my unit to get the correct size draw. Ordering was simple and a good range of payment options. Delivery was just over a week on standard rate delivery which while not amazong was reasonable enough and decent courier. The video instructions for assembing/installing the drawer were clear and complete.

Nice well made product. Unfortunately it did not fit my kitchen unit and I had to spend a lot of effort modifying my unit to fit the drawer. Even now it is not as I would like it.
