I purchased yarn when I was in Shetland and loved it! It’s so wonderful to be able to order more on line. The colors are amazing and shipping is handled very well (it does take some extra time to get to the United States but worth the wait).

Hello,

My yarn arrived yesterday in splendid condition. Your wool is, as always, a pleasure to work with & a delight to watch the colorways develop.
All but two items were as ordered: the 29 x 50g ball (Code 029BX50G) was missing; I ordered 1 ball, but 5 balls of shade 29 (green mix) arrived. Was this a substitution?
Many thanks for seeing that dye lots were consistent - much appreciated.

Excellent service I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived considering that I live in the Republic of Ireland. I have not knit the mittens yet but the yarn is gorgeous and the pattern is very clear.

I ordered the yarn late on Thursday evening (16th March), notified Friday morning it was dispatched and it arrived on the Tuesday (21st March). Absolutely amazing - Shetland to Somerset! As I am knitting to a commission deadline this rapid service is very much appreciated.
