As a returning customer, I was pleased to see Alan and his team continue to put customer service at the top of their aims. They never hesitate to help and offer a wealth of knowledge to both newbie and experienced user alike. I’ve used them for a number of years now and this latest purchase was for a full car respray, which I’ve not attempted before so needed advice. Alan and Emma were excellent and have helped me achieve my aims so a big thank-you to them both.

Ordered 21st (on economy 2-4 day service), shipped 21st. Tracking says was out for delivery on 24th. Attempted but, no one was in and no safe place. Not actually due until 28/29th anyway and not considered late until 30th. Ordering over xmas is always risky and delays are to be expected... To leave a poor review without even mentioning ANYTHING to us, or even waiting till its late is a pretty poor customer... Merry Christmas Steve :).
