Great product, excellent service, easy to fit just a little more expensive than I would have liked!

Wanted an extra pull out drawer and found these guys online. Spoke with them in person and they turned around my order I breakneck speed. Price was the cheapest and the quality of product first class. To match this the customer service to help out where required has been same. If everyone was like these guys life would be much easier. All Blum drawer inserts were cut precisely as ordered, packaged correctly and as a result they fit my units perfectly. The written and online fitting instructions made this an easy but slightly time-consuming DIY job.
But now I finally have some efficient use of space in my kitchen.

Easy to install and the online video was very helpful. Order took a little longer to arrive than expected probably due to current restrictions and an update email would have been helpful, but ordering process again was excellent and very straightforward.

I was very pleased with my purchases from Drawerboxes. The ordering and delivery went very smoothly, fully trackable delivery which is great. The intense were very securely packed with sustainable packaging - no polystyrene!

The only thing that would help is a label on each internal package. I had 22 I think, and had to open a good few before I got the just and could start putting the drawers together. Either that or all components for a single drawer packed together?

The customer service was Excellent by Sharon, due to carrier issues we had a number of panels damaged in one box.

I contacted Sharon and replacement parts were dispatched with in 24 hrs. All replacement panels arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I had to change my order to a shallow draw from a deep draw with the sudden thought that this would not work either. Having to cancel my order all-together and again contacting Drawboxes to cancel I was extremely impressed with the quick refund and help in trying to problem solve the situation of getting the right product.
