The Paxman 4B cup and 4 rim arrived very quickly within the week of being ordered (sent to the US). The mouthpiece is very well made, sounds and plays well. I do notice that the threads on the screw rim connection are rather rough and do not compare favorably with the smooth and accurate threads on a similar but earlier Paxman mouthpiece in nickel silver.

I have made the order and payment on April 23. All goods were available. Today already on May 1, and goods still at a stage of preparation for sending. A trifle, and all the same week has passed and a parcel still not in a way!

The cup is great, but a little deep for me. All of Paxman products are very well as a construction.

Our teacher wanted new piece for our natural horn quartet lesson. I expected it to arrive within 3 days. It was in my letter box the next morning. It meant we could practice in time for our lesson. Thanks so much Steve! You've always sent out music really promptly.

I have not received my rims.
My opinion : You sale something that you haven't in stock, it's too bad.
I would rather have ordered the rim's direct on Osmun's site.
The cup witch is always for sale on your site, is not available, because phc don't make it anymore, but why don't you change your website ?
