The item arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was found to be faulty. However, there was absolutely no issue . The supplier forwarded a replacement immediately with a prepaid envelope to return the faulty item in. This arrived within 24 hours. Excellent service.

Pleased with the shower and the price, but not the service. We paid extra for a 24 hour delivery service, waited in all day, no delivery. Emailed to ask for a refund of the additional delivery charge, no reply from the company. Shower turned up the next day.

Had a problem with the order but the customer service was excellent and sorted things with no hassle. Would highly reccommend.
