I haven’t received any email to say I can pick my product up yet. Does it really take 2 weeks? I also think it’s cheeky forcing the customer to leave you at least a 1 star rating. Because in this situation 1 star is 1 star too many. Will not be ordering from you again and if I don’t hear anything from you in the next 48 hours I will take further action. Very poor.

Your order was received at 9am on Sunday 21st June for 1 small 25kg bag of sand, you were emailed back at 1050am that morning saying it could be picked up on Monday after 9am. Rather than wait 2 weeks and complain I would have made a quick call on Monday . We will arrange your refund and cancel the order.
