Really easy to put together so I now have a 'man draw' in the kitchen. Instructions are easy and lots of videos online. Worked in my Bloor home but they have various options for any size of draw.

Took a few weeks, packed well. Written Instruction vague no list of contents, some stages of assembly ‘missing’. Good quality components.

Thanks for the review. Apologies re shipping. We are still quoting 10 working days due to volume of orders and workshop restrictions. We do offer the option to request a date at the time of placing the order. In most cases we are able to accommodate.

Excellent all round.
The items are very robust and look to be high quality. We made them up without too much difficulty, greatly helped by the videos.
We decided on the glass side panels which were very easy to fit. they do finish the look off and go well with the drawers we already have.
Customer service politely pointed out that we may have given them the wrong measurements, which we the adjusted!
We have not installed them yet, waiting for a friend to help with the fitting.

Excellent product well packed and the Youtube videos made it all so easy most difficult part is scrambling inside cabinets to fit the rails but easier if you cut some ply as a spacer and work from in order from top rail to btm rail..if you only have one drawer on the btm then a doddle.

Website easy to navigate with clear instructions. I had a bespoke item and one call to customer services addressed this quickly .
Delivery was approx 7 days against the 10 advised - well packaged and protected .
The instruction videos are clear and concise - concentrate well on the first and you soon fly through the assembly and fitting
Excellent product - quality, performance and look .

Just a couple of measurements of the carcase, a few clicks on the website later and order placed.. the materials used were very good, the instructions were easy to follow and in no time the new drawer was fitted.. great service and great product. I would recommend drawerboxes if you need a replacement drawer. I will certainly be back..

Ordering was easy. The instructions for measuring were easy to understand. Production time was a bit long. Shipping was efficient. Fitting instructions were clear and the videos a great idea. Good quality, smoothly operating drawers. One downside of internal drawers is that they can scratch the existing cupboard door if not fully open before starting to pull out the drawer. Cured it by sticking a flat 3M rubber bumper overlapped slightly over the edge of the drawer.

Excellent product and highly recommended. Slightly fiddly to fit but well worth the effort.
Particularly like that the drawers can be put in a cupboard at personally selected positions i.e. I have re-used the original shelf at the top of the cupboard to allow for storage of trays.

Easy to order, delivered when promised. Building the drawers was OK but the instructions could be improved .. including the print quality (deducted a service star for that). Fitting and adjusting the drawers needed some care but within the competency of a good DIYer. I didn’t follow the instructions exactly in fixing the drawer fronts as there seemed a simpler option that worked fine for me. Quality of product very good.

Very good customer service. Helped with measurements and suggested proper sizes. Drawers are very good quality and were a breeze to fit. Shipping was quick once the drawers were sent, but took about 10 working days to send. Considering the current COVID situation, I consider this more than acceptable.

They were ordered and paid with a delivery time 14 working days? although they arrived a little after that timeline, the products I found were good.
Just to be a little critical, the black and white pictures in the instruction pages were a bit woolly to follow and would perhaps confuse some DIY customers. I had no problem as I am used to the workings of the flat pack and furniture world.

I had a non-standard situation with regard to one of my drawer runners. I sent DB's some photos and dimensions and they agreed to produce a bespoke solution (at no extra cost). The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly.
I fitted my new drawers at the weekend and I wanted to say a massive thank you to DB's for all of the extra screws, brackets and filler boards they included with the shipment.
It made fitting the runners very easy and it looks super tidy.
