The dome arrived perfect and worked like it should. Just a few days later the color started to fade away. A couple of months have passed, and the vortex is barely visible and it last just for a few seconds.

I ordered three items. All arrived promptly.
On opening on Christmas Day one item was faulty..
I emailed Grand Illusions on 26th December and received an acknowledgement the same day.
A replacement was sent and arrived on 28th December.
This is really first class customer service. Thank you.

Very happy with two of the purchases. Dovetail cube no2 is an excellent puzzle and really well made. The ball through the bar was not quite as impressive as I hoped and there is no video demonstrating it which would have probably swayed me against it. The memory wire was excellent though and was well received as a present. Generally very impressed by Grand Illusions as I have spent last two Christmases getting gifts from them.
