I was very pleased with the wool and have ordered more today. The only problem was because my address did not come up on your system you sent my parcel to an arbitrary number 12 with the same postcode which covers about a mile and a half, I did manage to track it to a Chinese take away a mile and a half away. When I contacted Jamieson’s I was very pleased with the helpful way I was dealt with.

Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for the autocorrect which Shipstation did to your address and the added hassle this created for you, this is not our system but a nationwide one which uses the official Royal Mail address database to create the label, your address is not on the Royal Mail database so you will have this problem again if you do not update Royal Mail to the existence of your house number in that postcode.
