Hi thanks for your review, sorry you felt the staff were unfriendly, our Benton site has no timber cutting facilities and the staff for H&S reasons don't have saws. He was probably offering you the only solution available if you hadn't brought your own saw to get a long length in your car?

Hi, thanks for your review, just checked the email trail you were sent a confirmation of delivery date at 16.43 on 19th, advising of Friday 21stand instructions re the delivery. The delivery note was left with the goods, we can email a copy if you need another. Other than what I hoped was a nice surprise having your goods for the weekend the products met your expectation.

Ordered fencing on line very straight forward.
I received an email reporting that delivery will take would take four weeks.
The delivery I imagine is down to the covic pandemic.
When the items are delivered I will send another review.
Fence panels arrived today in excellent condition.
Driver was great & put them safely in the garden.
Excellent product very well made.

Order arrived on the afternoon, the only problem was that the Hiab on the vehicle was short reach so could not put my order where I wanted it, apart from this everything else was fine.

I have dealt with Joseph Parrs on a number of occasions and have found them to be reliable,efficient and helpful. My last order some of the lengths of timber did not meet my standards. So emailed them and they exchange the timber without a quibble. Will be using them again soon,.

Great product delivered in line with my requirements.
Only thing i would say is that at the time i didn’t need the additional sand but had to order over £100 to get the product i wanted delivered as i had no other means of collecting a bulk bag. I would have happily paid a delivery charge of £15-£20 to get the product and would recommend you consider this as an option in future.
The good thing is I will ultimately use the sand but it will be sat with me for a while.

Hi thanks for the review, sadly we can't drop our min delivery value of £100 in goods, its not down to adding a delivery charge its the number of drops we can do in one day eg 10 at £50 take longer than 5 at £100. What I have done is added a 20 bag option at a greatly reduced rate on the popular construction aggregates for those wanting half tonnes and able to collect in one or two journeys.

You were supposed to contact me when the cement in plastic bags came in and still haven't. In the mean time I ordered 2 in paper bags but putting them on wet sharp sand just rotted the bags by the time I got them.

Hi Thanks for taking the time to review, we are still not selling plastic cement online hence you didn't get an in stock notification, the product is still on allocation from our supplier. The paper bag should not have degraded in one day if it was damaged we would have exchanged it for you.

I always use joseph parr. Everything comes well packed on pallet and driver happily drops delivery where i have specified. Quality of products are very good and customer service is excellent.
