Swiss Post added VAT and customs duty (probably unnecessary) for a total of approximately 25 CHF. The product and the packaging were satisfactory.

Countries like Switzerland and Norway, that are not in the EU, reserve the right to charge duty and VAT. Unfortunately, once the UK leaves the EU it would seem that this will apply to all European countries as well. We probably will not have to charge customers 20% UK VAT, instead they will have to pay VAT and duty when they receive the parcel.

I opened one and this didn't fling quite as easily as expected! But will still be fun.
The hats are great but could do with instructions saying that four designs are possible.
The pop art mural is fantastic, my pupils are fascinated and it was easy to make up.
The whirling spinner is delightful too, A kind of large cracker present.
But best of all are the mesmerising videos, so engagingly presented. You are a true star and the world needs you, especially at the moment. Thank you.

Nicely built for the price, my item just a little marred by small indentations on the reverse side where the catches have been inserted; perhaps owing to the method of drilling, or of storage in quantity.
