Great to do business with. But the review app is rubbish not accepting the review until I entered a comment which I had already entered. Wold advise jparrdlboro to continue doing what they well and tell shopping satisfaction to stop annoying their customers.

Order was processed online and with ease. Communications were clear and prompt. Delivery was arranged quickly and the driver was a lovely chap. Extremely helpful and he went the extra mile to place the jumbo bag of gravel right where I needed it with care. Impressive! Saved me a huge task of decanting it through my house! The gravel itself is great quality and as described. Price also very competitive and free delivery. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!

Everything from order to delivery was very easy and it makes a big difference getting bulky sheets of material delivered. Customer service was excellent, I was contacted for an alternative which ended up being better than the item I'd ordered. Delivery was prompt to my driveway. I would definately order again and highly recommend.

Four times I’ve placed a order for patio stones and sand, even phoned to add extra items to one order, can’t fault the cost, quality, and delivery. Delivery driver happy to put goods where I wanted,

Can't fault J Parrs. The online ordering was straight forward and the delivery was simple. The delivery man was quick and efficient as well as being very friendly and helpful. The ornamental bark was exactly as I needed and covered the ground perfectly. I now have a beautiful front garden.

It took a week to get the timber from initial order, and I had to call to get an update.
If I was a business, I could not wait that long for timber.

Thanks for your review, for a small range of products a week is not uncommon for delivery, most people and businesses do cope with this. We as a company are having to plan for deliveries that were taking a week pre Covid that are now taking between 8 and 12 weeks. So our yards are very full having to hold much more stock to cope with demand. Thanks and stay safe Dave Anderson.
