Generally good, but communication with customer needs to improve. I had no notifications other than that the order was received. I messaged the company on Facebook and never had a response from them. Order just showed up with Royal Mail, no tracking or estimated delivery.

Thanks for the feedback Scott, sorry you had this experience. We do send an automated confirmation that the order is on the way to the shipping department . With regards to the facebook this was on automated response so we did not see the message, we have changed this now . Again sorry you had the issue

Superb service from the guys at Tamarack, competitive pricing, prompt shipping and fast helpful customer service. What I really like about Tamarack is that they are practitioners, not just people who work in an outdoor adventure shop. So they know the gear, know how to use it and how to help with advice - that's worth it's weight in gold in my opinion.

Was sold a used work sharp ken onion knife sharpener, the knife guide has scratches and there was metal dust from usage. I am too lazy to go through the process of returning.

Sorry you have had an issue. We sell ONLY new items delivered to us directly by the Wroksharp Distributor so not sure why this was the case. PLease be assured that you have a full 12 month warranty if there are an issues. Sorry again this happened.

Great service so far. I haven't had any problems so cannot comment on how they would be handled. Product at best price I can find, shipping is immediate and all packaged well.

Great new toys from Tamarack who are always faultless in their professionalism, speed of delivery and quality. Used dozens of times and one of my favourite online shops without a doubt! 99.9 percent of the time I find their prices to be the most competitive of any online shop selling the same goods.Their shipping charges are very low for smaller orders too! Never ever ever have I had a bad experience and they’re very helpful if you need to make contact with them.
