I was replacing yet another of these neostats, they are not reliable and at the price elsewhere Expensive. Even after contacted neostat about the failures and sent photos of failed unit they couldn’t help. Go for a Nest system as they work out cheaper and more reliable.

Ordered and charged for 22mm unit but was supplied 15mm unit. Phoned and emailed about order but no response.

Absolutely awful service again from plumb2u. Purchased on a 3 day delivery but I still haven’t seen it 12 days later. Items advertised as in store simply aren’t. This has happened 3 times recently so I won’t be making this mistake again.
