My order was cancelled without contacting me. A couple of days after I placed my order I received a full refund without explanation. After contacting the customer service they told me they couldn't ship it to my address.

The fact that they couldn't send the order is a pitty, but acceptable. However the fact that I didn't got any message about this and discovered the full refund a couple of days later feels extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

Timer had gone in the caravan. Information on the site enabled me to identify the timer I needed which was delivered quickly and at s very competitive price.

Item arrived on time and was as described. I was surprised I could order the cover for our Potterton Boiler as it is so old. The cover fitted perfectly.

The kit is not for the advertiesed Prima 40F, it's for a Profile 30E or 40E, so the labels are incorrect and are potentially dangerous if fitted to a Prima.
