Ordered some 50mm copper strip as an anti moss system for my roof. Great service, answered the phone and was able to speak to a real person about my query. Delivered next day as promised and competitively priced.

Mostly fine. Pity I could not get any advice re. Fixing on ridge til3s for moss prevention. I was offered nails which are totally unsuitable for red tiles!

Good service but I wish that the service included a listing for the driver required for fixing these clamps.
Update when I put my review in I got very quick feedback from roofing tools who said they hope to be trying to extend the range of support products and thanked me for the constructive feedback. They are now sending me the appropriate driver free of charge.

Really happy with the delivery time and customer service and as always items are exceptional.
On the flip side, I really think there should be a reduction in delivery costs when spending over a certain amount especially when the price of tools have gone up in the last week or so in line with inflation.

Ordered items on 3 occasions to be delivered direct to site..2 out of three deliveries delivered to our head office when "shipping address" clearly marked on the label
product good but delivery service rubbish, particularly when you have to pay premium price for it !
