Superb from start to finish! From placing the order to the call I received checking some of the details to the quick delivery. The construction videos on their website were clear, easy to follow and all that was needed to build and install the drawers. The quality of the drawers is outstanding. The solid base makes for a much better drawer than in fitted kitchens I’ve had before. They all run smoothly and feel solid and secure. Very good quality. Thank you!

When I received an email telling me that the plinth pod was ready I was able to call to request that delivery should be delayed until after our return from holiday which happened without any problem.

Delivery was prompt and the drawer quality is excellent, I have bought a couple of different drawers before of the same type and this one is even better. I had to contact customer services for an error I had made with my order and it was sorted straight away, they were very good about it and great to speak to. I needed to leave a message for a call back which I got within half an hour.

Shipping was completed as promised, within the expected timeframe.

The drawer arrived early which allowed me to build and use the new drawer quicker. The drawer was a quality item, far better than the original. Checks were made to ensure that my non standard sizes were correct.

This is my second order, they are fantastic on receiving they were made up and put in the same day so easy I put shallow one at the bottom of sink cupboard and great quality.

We had a slight delay with one part of the order, but this was swiftly resolved by the team. Products are great, and Customer Service has been prompt and professional. I definitely recommend the company.

‘Finally functioning drawers’. Not just functioning very smooth, well made drawers. Living in Switzerland had to order to UK address and took them back in the car, but well worth the hassle. Glass sides make drawers really useful to their full potential. Only complaint is all drawer bottoms should be marked with front. Got it wrong twice as measurements almost the same but not quite. A little frustrating having holes in wrong places on the underside of drawer. Pre drilled holes would help a lot.
