At the first day the Vortex dom works beautiful and it was amazing to see, how build spirals like glaxies and so on.
But at the sixth day there was a lot of Airbubbles in the Middle of the dom and im afraid, they will be more and more. I had handle the dom very carefull.
I am very sad because it was not cheap.

I am sorry to hear that your Vortex Dome was faulty. You should not get air bubbles inside. We will send you a replacement as soon as new stock arrives.

Fantastic experience, as always, when dealing with G.I. spoilt by glitch in the despatch system. To get an email saying 'your package has been despatched - here is the tracking details' (I am paraphrasing that bit) is good. However when the delivery company says 'we are awaiting your package' for 3 days, it looks like someone is not really in the loop. This is clearly a problem to the service dept at G.I. because it tells customers that there is a glitch somewhere, the parcels are not moving.

The warehouse is shipping items out pretty promptly, so I think the problem was with the tracking at Royal Mail. To be fair, they are operating under a lot of pressure at the moment. I would hope things will improve once the lock down is over and staffing levels are back to normal.

Certainly a high quality product. Does what it is supposed to do. I didn't check the item's dimension when I was ordering, and it turned out bigger than what I was expecting- which is good!
