Order shipped using a decent courier. Many other companies I have dealt with use the cheapest and it shows in the service you get. Researched the merchandise online and I am very happy with the products I got. Order placed over the phone, which involved exchanging two gift vouchers, this was straightforward. Very happy with all aspects of dealing with Troutcatchers.
