Members of my family (who are half English) gave this to me as a gift after their most recent visit to the UK. I began a project realizing I would need more, lol. I was very satisfied with the online ordering process and website. The delivery was international (US) for me and the tracking was updated by the carriers regularly. It was packaged well. I love the feel of this wool! I had no need to interact with Customer Service though I feel certain they would also rate a 5. Thank you!

Very easy to order using the Shetland Woolbrokers website. Website didn’t accept my postcode initially but quickly resolved and the assistance using their Facebook page messages facility was both friendly and helpful. My pattern and wool arrived within a few days, well packaged. The instructions are clear. This is my first time attempting ‘proper’ Fairisle knitting and so far, so good. I have no doubt I will use Jamiesons again.

I have ordered many times from Jamieson and Smith and I'm always excited when I see the package at my front door! Their wool comes in a beautiful variety of colours and weights, perfect for any project i have in mind. I live quite far from where they ship from so the package does take a while to arrive, i have no issue with this as i understand shipping does take a while. I would recommend this brand to any person who enjoys working with and wearing wool!

The wool arrived after just 2 days from the time of ordering which was a lovely surprise as it had to come from Shetland weather permitting. The wool is absolutely beautiful , colours are perfect and to be honest it is the only wool with which I'll knit from now on.

Very impressed with the service and quality. I received a very friendly email soon after I’d placed my order to say that the needles were out of stock. I was offered an alternative size, or a refund. My reply was acknowledged promptly and the order shipped. It was delivered two days later by Royal Mail which was incredible service considering it had to come to Birmingham from Shetland. Letters sent to other addresses in the city often take longer to arrive. Excellent service.
