Have used this manufacturer products before, not had any problems yet.

Delivered promptly at a good price. would recommend.

Probably one of the worst companies I've come across.
Placed order as web site stated parts were in stock.
On paying for the parts found that the parts weren't in stock.I stated faithful and said I would continue with order.
I received half the order a week ago but without the other part it's useless.
Friday I was told the part would be delivered it is now Thursday following week and still no part.
Should of used local plumbers merchant,ay ho.

We were happy with the personalised and professional service we received from Shaun. When there was s possible fault with one component, he got us a replacement and no questions were asked when we ended up not needing it and sending back new..Good communication overall.
