Nice product although there was some very minor (5mm square) damage at one end. Probably caused during shipping even though the packing was excellent. Not a problem for me though because I didn't need the whole length. Fitted it today. Wife is very pleased with the end result. Thank you.:).

I was worried about choosing the right DIY product online. This was easy and having the batons, screws recommended at the time of purchase helpful. Arrived extremely well packaged and quickly.
Easy to cut to fit for length. Very pleased with product which has made DIY task simple. Bathroom looks impressive, if I do say so myself!

Disappointed with first order, arrived on time but both internal corners were damaged (crushed).
Customer services were quick to respond but they replaced with external corners! Anyway we
finally got there with the third attempt!
You will have to do better.

Very pleased with the product. Gives a very clean, professional look to my bathroom.
Placed the order then had to amend the following day. The customer service lady was very helpful, the amendments were made and all dispatched together.
The delivery costs seem high, especially if you are not ordering much, but I guess that is down to the courier.

Items delivered next day. Really good quality of all products ordered. Everything was packed properly and handled with care. Finally I do not see them horrible pipes. I will definately install them cases in two other bedrooms.

The price of shipping was quite expensive and was actually half the cost of what I purchased which is the reason it gets a star less. Otherwise, the items arrived quickly and it wasn't TNT, which is a plus in my book.
