Clear explanation of how to measure and choose the drawer. Arrived as described and worked perfectly. Only slight negatives: video didn't quite match what was delivered and didn't explain how to tell where the drawer would sit in relation to the runners, but that was fairly easy to work out. Also I added a washer as otherwise the back of the drawer wouldn't have been exactly flush with the base
Very minor though: happy with quality overall and did the job I wanted, so recommended.

We decided to change the cupboards and have internal drawers and keep the original cupboard doors.
I measured very carefully as instructed on the website.
The drawers arrived flat packed and as I can do DIY I constructed them and then fitted them to the cupboards. It took me about a day to do the whole lot.
They fitted perfectly and it is so much easier to pull a drawer out and search for an item as opposed to bending down and rummaging through shelves.

Delivery details were not sent to me by drawerboxes but received notification from carrier who had the wrong address. Fortunately the wrong address provided the right address but as I was not there was lucky to find a neighbour who was kind enough to receive the packages..

Good quality components and cut-to-size items, speedy manufacture and well packaged for dispatch. Website is exasperating; hence only 4 stars. But my order was for a non-standard width and I liked the fact that I was sent an e-mail asking me to confirm this dimension before manufacture commenced. I would certainly use this company again.

Really good solid quality and fitted easily. Customer Ssrvice even emailed to check sizing with us. We found ordering drawers hard aa many companies don’t explain the measurements properly where you have a door the drawer needs to pass etc. took a little while to arrive but made to order so worth it.

I was a bit overwhelmed when all the boxes arrived! Once I'd built one drawer it became much easier, I mostly built and fitted them on my own, it would be fair to say I'm an inexperienced DIYer (I had to buy an impact drill, i have nothing!). The drawers are all fitted and work really well. They are great quality, (I've got heavy le cruset pans in the drawers) everything was there plus extra screws. Very glad I did it, my kitchen works so much better.
