Generally good service from drawerboxes.co.uk, with clear guides for measuring up, and brilliant videos for installing. The product itself is great, of course.
If I had one quibble, it wasn’t clear from the site that the item I was ordering would need manufacturing - the site talks about many items being available next day, where in fact it took the full 8 days. But apart from that, very pleased.
I had to switch to my laptop to complete the order - no joy on iPad.

Please note we do say on our delivery page that the current lead time is 8 working days.
We also offer to try to fulfill any urgent orders on a much shorter timescale, but we would need to be informed at the time of order.
As we offer literally any width, there is the manufacturing of width determined components to be allowed for (eg drawer base and back. Internal fronts).
I'm sorry to hear you had issues checking out on your IPad, we will monitor for any similar reports.

Products well-described and able to specify exactly what I wanted. Product arrived well packaged - only reason that shipping is not five stars is that it took a few days to arrive, and I have been spoilt but Amazon Prime next day service.

A well-engineered quality product and a perfect fit. Order was processed on time and kept informed of progress. The simple things but not always that common! Tiny issue around one too many right hand drawer runners being supplied but nothing a cheap purchase from Screwfix couldn’t resolve.

Great company to deal with ,they were very helpful with the order. The items were all packed well but unfortunately 2 drawerfront were cracked and replaced the very next day. Everything fitted well and was easy to fit. I would use them again if we needed to change more cupboards.

I ordered a replacement drawer for a kitchen cabinet. The ordering process was nice and clear and after a little wait my drawer arrived. The installation instructions were concise and clear making it very easy to fit.

Excellent Service and excellent product. I ordered multiple drawers in separate batches. The quality of the drawers were excellent. I was also able to speak to somebody very knowledgable when we needed fitting advice. We have very little DIY experience and we were so pleased with the finished set of drawers.
The product was extremely well packaged and the courier company used was really reliable. Really can’t rate them enough.

Fabulous product. Fitted I to my in laws cupboards so she didn't have to bend down. She loves them. Great quality. Very strong. Easy to install for a diyer.
Ordered 6 in total.
One had an incorrect part but replacement was received within 48hrs.

There were some problems with what I ordered. It was mostly my fault. Paul at DrawerBox, was kind enough to send a corrected pair of drawers very quickly. Very good service.

Excellent service. Very good product. Extremely helpful staff. My only issue is with having a disability I can’t fit them myself and trying to get a carpenter to do it is nigh impossible. Plenty of promises but no action so I’m still waiting!

Very pleased with this product.
It really makes things accessible - much easier than trying to get stuff out of cupboards.
I was concerned as to whether I would be able to put them together, but with the instructions and the YouTube videos, once you got the hang of it, it was quite straightforward.
These items are not cheap, but very well made and a very good product we would heartily recommend.
