Hi. Afraid your website let you down.

Website says expect delivery at anytime between 7.30am and 6.00pm and is adamant that customers cannot be advised of approx times ie am / pm initially then a call from the driver at say 30 - 60 mins before.

As my site was unmanned and I would have had to pay someone to sit there from 7.30, I rang as had had no problems before to find you do indeed help with timing info and actually all went very well.

Parr's deliver over 3 to 5 working days not the next day delivery that they say they aim for on their website.
My 2 bags of sand were delivered to the wrong address and it took almost 24 hours for them to rectify the issue.

The service I received over the phone was impeccable from start to finish. Delivery was fantastic with the driver being very considerate, professional, friendly and polite.
