I wouldn't normally spend time to write a review, but the customer service was excellent and the product was delivered very quickly. A much better experience than using some of the larger ironmongery retailers. Will shop again.

Order came and one of the bits was marked. Customer service was really prompt and a new part sent out. The sign of a good company. The product itself is good quality and the only satin brass British Standard 5 lever lock I managed to find online.

Great price and great service on my order of a full length door locking mechanism. Price was good and managed free delivery which came on Tuesday after ordering on Saturday, so I was pleased with this. All in all a really good service and I'd certainly use them again and recommend them.

Searched several websites looking for Winkhaus pocket keep to replace damaged units on front door locking and Conquest website gave enough detail to narrow my search and eventually purchase the parts.
