The item was delivered but when I don't know as it was left in the garden and I eventually found it 6 days after your notice of shopping and soaking wet. But the plastic wrap saved it
Whoever delivered the package left no message to let me know so very unsatisfactory service on their part.

Thank you for your feedback, when an order is dispatched you get an email with a tracking number attached. Your order was posted on 20/1 and delivered on 22/1 - the tracking describes it as being delivered to your designated safeplace, if this is not suitable for you, you would need to look into changing it. Thanks.

The parcel was thrown over the gate & split. Not sure if it was delivered by royal mail or other courier. The wool is lovely & the pattern is easy to follow.

I received my Thrift Glove out within a few days. Love the colour way. I'm a fairly experienced fair isle knitter in the round however it really needs to emphasise reading the whole pattern through or on the chart, emphasise the splitting where the thumb is introduced. I wasted 2 hours of knitting, then had to un pick 2 bands of fair isle & then pick up accurately! Not a job I relished.. It was my mistake but could have been avoided by a note on the co!our chart.

The delivery came quicker than expected. Everything was to my satisfaction. The only thing I have to complain about is that I didn't know that customs fees would be charged.

Thank you for the feedback, unfortunately we cant do anything once it has left us here in Shetland and it can take up to 2 days to get to the UK Mainland. You are provided with a tracking number which helps keep you informed, for this order delivery was attempted on the Thursday so it had to wait til Friday adding an extra day to the delivery time.

It's always difficult to see colors on line, and if they are true to the colors sent.
I am a little disappointed that the colors aren't brighter, but I hope once the hat is knit up, the colors will become more vibrant.

Sorry you feel the colours are not brighter, you might want to invest in a Shade Card which has physical samples of the yarn for you to see before ordering.
